When he blinked and opened his eyes again, he was already on the top of the volcano.
"Oh, sh*t!" Upon seeing the depth of the volcano, he quickly took a step back, joining his teammates who had already reacted way before him.
"Boy, it's hot!" Wolfe was already sweating by now.
Luca agreed. He then called upon his wind power, but the heat generated by the volcano was stronger than his simple wind spell, and it only made him feel hotter.
Juin got down on his knees and crawled toward the edge of the volcano. To avoid any sudden splash, he activated his soul shield before peering in. After all, this volcano was not named The Doomed Volcano for nothing.
"It's not active at the moment… It's not even that scary," Juin mumbled as he looked at the lava that was bubbling a few hundred meters inside the volcano. He then looked at Luca and said, "Do you think we can travel down now?"
