The other side was the Nest. Nest was built for the both side town's population. Normally the team present in the Nest could handle stray or wandering one or two monsters.
However Migration was different. Hightown send its teams according to the severity of the area and the demand of the nearing territory. In case the monsters in the near forests were not higher level so the team assigned would be normal. Most part of the boundary line and the open forests in the Inama Continent bear the habitat of level six or lower level monsters.
