Chapter 46 - (Chapter 46) People In The Darkness 15

"Your schedule is empty for the rest of the day Miss." Di handed over a drink to Stella as she sat in the car.

Stella took the drink and tapped the bottle. "Alright, go back to Tracy for now." Stella ordered in a bored tone.

Di nodded as she started to drive. Today she noticed how her Miss had started to act slightly different. She started to notice the growing lack of concern and care for anything she did. Di was left to absent-mindedly drive back to Guillard Entertainment.

......

"I'm sorry but he isn't here today, he has a busy schedule and..." Tracy's voice was meek as she became tired at this woman in front of her...

The woman slammed the table with her hand. "Busy, busy, busy. Every single one of you! I can't get my brother's attention and now I can't see Zhou? Unacceptable! I hope to see results by later today." The woman was fuming, her delicate face extremely cold and angry.

Tracy sighed lightly, as she started to realize that this woman wouldn't leave until she was satisfied. "I can call him over, it is his choice if he comes though." Tracy sold out Stella, this woman was a well-known power and she would be a pain if she stayed around for longer...

The woman's cold face subsided and she gave a bright smile. "That would be great thank you." She gave such an understanding which made her from a few seconds ago look like a totally different person.

Tracy called Stella, hoping that her problem could be solved within the day...

The call was picked up quite quickly, 'Oh, he must be finished then.' Tracy had already realized that there would be no answer if he was working, it would be answered within 5 minutes maximum, so this gave her a sigh of relief.

"Zhou, I need you at the company right now, you have a visitor." Tracy sternly ordered. 'Please for all that lives on this earth come here!' She was inwardly hoping that Zhou could already be at her office so she wouldn't have to deal with the terrifying woman for much longer.

A couple of seconds passed... Then that turned to 10 seconds. Tracy immediately got extremely nervous. She checked her phone and behold...

*Cough* Tracy saw that Zhou had already hung up... She felt her life force drain slowly as a certain headache was slowly fuming as she hadn't heard a response yet.

Then the door opened. Tracy felt despair, she knew the woman's sisters were also interested in Zhou... She couldn't deal with any more of this.

"This master has a visitor?" Tracy's soul felt reinvigorated, for the first time she felt grateful for Zhou's unique way of addressing himself.

The woman's head immediately turned to the door. 'Short blonde hair, those soul viewing eyes, that killer smile, the endless charm... Exactly as he was on TV!' She had a wide and slightly sly smile on her face.

Stella immediately noticed the presence of the woman in front of her... "Oh my, excuse me for my rudeness. It's a pleasure to meet you, Miss Pold." Stella looked 'surprised' as she gave a slight smile and a small bow to the woman.

'Hmm, I think I should take him home instead of our useless brother.' With that one sentence, Stella had won over the woman.

She smiled as she walked toward Stella. "No need to lower yourself in front of me, I've heard some things about you from my brother, shall we go somewhere better than here?" The woman immediately made her move.

Tracy felt a strange feeling as she became air as soon as Zhou arrived, she shook her head and went back to work, trying to ignore the possibilities of a scandal...

......

"I never knew that my younger brother knew such a handsome man without us knowing... He is so cruel!" Stella and the woman were now sitting in a restaurant together with Di standing behind Stella, pretending she didn't understand the language they were speaking.

Stella smiled, she didn't expect the mighty Pold sisters to be interested in her... Maybe it was due to Nio's 'kind words'.

"It goes both ways." Stella charmed the woman, immediately making her eyebrows rise.

"How do you mean?" She asked in a speculative tone.

Stella took a sip of her wine and licked her lips. "I never expected for one of the Pold sisters to be looking for me. May I ask why you wanted to see me, Miss Emily?" Stella kept a kind look on her face.

Emily lightly chuckled. "So you must be someone in a high position then. It was surprising when Nio mentioned your name to us. But now I've met you, I now know you are probably a stronger figure than the Pold family." Emily gracefully drank from her cup as the smile never left her face.

Stella gave a knowing smile with a slight shrug of her shoulders, making it obvious that her identity won't be shared.

Emily put down her cup and put her head into her hands. Showing off her most attractive feature. Her crystal blue eyes. It seemed that she could suck a person in.

"Anyway, I should move on to why I wanted to see you today." Emily continued to look into Stella's eyes, not being able to read anything made her have a favorable impression of this man. 'That idiot was indeed right when saying this man was a gentleman.'

Emily slightly shifted to a more appropriate position, done trying to lure in Stella through male desires. "I have no reason to have called you here today, I'm just trying to make my brother happy as he ran off to do his own thing."

Di wondered if there was something wrong with the woman or not... She just openly admitted that she has no reason to have caused a small commotion to see her Miss...

Stella's eyes had amusement run through for a prolonged period. "Haha, you are indeed as interesting as I thought." Stella chuckled as she took another sip of wine.

Emily smiled, showing a slightly pleased expression. "We have been treated quite poorly by our brother. He always tried to throw some random handsome man from the entertainment industry at us to distract us." Emily's tone was upset but that didn't reach her face at all.

Stella listened quietly, she had investigated this woman but didn't expect her to be so amusing to talk to...

"Most of those men would forget principals when faced with us. Rich, beautiful women. We have control in many industries and our parents are extremely well-liked and are known to accept anything we want. So most of them try to wiggle their ways into our beds." Emily seemed so nonchalant about the entire conversation. Like she didn't care about the men which she and her sisters have ruined when Nio placed them in their 'care'.

Di started to have a newfound respect for these sisters. She didn't like men like that either, one's looking for power instead of actual genuine nice people. She started to connect with Emily.

Stella now had to meet the other sisters, she now knew of some interesting people...

*Sigh* "Of course, those poor men before were always enemies of the Pold family or well-known playboys. It was obvious what our brother was doing and we also complied in that." Emily then released why she didn't care about those other men.

Stella ordered more wine and started to drink like a fish. She would only say a few words and let Emily lead the conversation. She then got an itch to meet the rest of the family... It was so interesting!

*Sigh* "Look at the time, I've bothered you for far too long. I forget that you are also a star, you must be working hard." Emily glanced at her watch and noticed she had been talking non-stop for 2 hours now.

Stella shook her head. "No need to worry, I'm always free. You've made me so interested in meeting the rest of your family now." Stella stood up and gave a gentle smile.

Emily also stood up and handed a small piece of paper to Stella. "This is our address. Just contact the number if you want to come over." Emily glanced at the table to see the amount the bill would be...

She became slightly startled. '1, 2, 3 bottles of wine! When did he drink that much!' She then snapped her head at Stella.

"Zhou... You're not about to die right?" She asked with a peculiar expression. One that made Di slightly laugh.

"I'll pay, there is no need for a woman to pay for a man's meal. Come, I don't think you want your 'friends' to see this am I right?" Stella's eyes gleamed as she looked down at Emily, it wasn't like she didn't know how much she had drunk... But she was still fine.

Emily nodded in compliance, after walking out with Stella she then noticed how she dumbly went along with what he said. 'Damn, he even knows the intricacies of being a socialite as well?' She then wondered how powerful the man was, since nothing would be known...

Little did she notice the absolute silence they got during their meal. All the staff stayed clear of them... But mainly Di, she looked over at the manager with a smile and he instantly ran away. Then another bottle of wine appeared. The staff knew Di quite well...
