Midel gripped at the crystal ball. There were dark circles under his eyes and his eyelids were almost drooping.
"Master? You have to rest." Shiiba whispered from the corner. The light rays of the crystals outside were shining on her golden hair. Her eyes were cast down, tears forming at the corner of her eyes. The crystal ball was blinking and the contents were reflected in his eyes.
"Midel, you heard her. Go, this is an order." She rather said it coldly, but she felt that it was the best she could do for him now. Yllana sat on a chair at the corner of the room, the shadows hiding her.
Inside that room, only three living souls have gathered. A secret was kept among them. Midel pounded his fists on the table and the crystal ball rolled to the ground. It did not crash. Shiiba sobbed as the ball rolled to her feet. She sniffed while clenching her fists. The picture inside the ball made her cry even louder.
"M-Midel?" She managed to say one word.
