It was dark. The room smelled of rotting flesh and the torch lights and crystal balls lighting the path and way and corners were also dim. It was not giving enough light to see the creatures hidden in each cell. Yllana rubbed her aching forehead. The sting of that last hit on her was still there. It kept on dripping until she could feel the blood dripping down her chin.
"What's wrong with me? This should have healed earlier." She muttered as she tried to wipe it repeatedly.
Then she heard a low chuckle from her opposite cell. Someone inside the cell was hiding in the shadows. And the low chuckle made her realize that it was a man. "What are you laughing at?" she asked, irritated at the man laughing at her.
