The Headquarters of the Shadow Council

The meeting room was packed with all the members of the council along with King Vespertine who was sitting on the head seat. The only members that were absent at the moment were - Crown Prince Felix, Prince River, Xander, and Young Master Kaito.
"Let's get done with this meeting. There are matters that I need to take care of after this." King Vespertine announced as he glanced at the council members sitting around the round table.
"Sure, Your Majesty." Mr. Takashi answered the King with a bow before he turned his attention toward the other councilmen. "The first matter that needed to be handled is that of Lady Winters. The young lady has been heavily affected because of what happened during the ball. We need to decide collectively how to handle this situation fairly."
Everyone's attention shifted to Mrs. Winters as she was the one representing Levine considering she was the young lady's mother.
