Our quest started pretty uneventfully actually, veronica just cursed all of us to the ends of the world, literally. We appeared in a forest like none on earth, it was too big, we spent an hour just wondering around, still going in one direction though. Day turned to night pretty quickly and we decided to make camp. When morning hit, I woke up to find veronica staring into the distance I walked up to her "hey Elliott" she did not even turn around
"how are you doing over there" veronica turned around to face me, she appeared to be upset
"Elliott I'm kind of terrified you and daisy need to be a lot stronger and fast or you will die"
"we will make sure to be even stronger than you though possible plus we have hunter with us" the little puppy upon hearing his name perked up and came over I bent down and picked him up stroking him veronicas frown turned into a smile after seeing this "so, veronica how are we going to get to your father" I was very unsure of where her father even is.
"well first we need to open a portal; most vampires live in a pocket dimension"
"can't you just do that curse thing again"
"only works in this reality, we need to get to another dimension.
"so how do we do that?"
"well Elliot I can do that I just need the materials"
"so, the first part of our quest is to gather Items" I went to go wake up daisy "daisy, so in order to get to veronicas father we need some items of importance"
"which are?" she rubbed her eyes, trying to fully wake up
"veronica didn't say"
"well that's convenient isn't it Elliott" I chuckled
"yes it is, now she knows where we are going first so let's hop to it" I helped daisy pack up, then we started to move again, hunter transformed into his warg form as we walked along, I had a feeling we would me needing him to be at his best very soon. Walking through the forest a bit more I realized, that the forest was silent no birdsong, no wind and no animals "guys, isn't it just a little strange that there is no animals here, and not even any wind"
"not really" veronica spoke in a carefree manner; I had no idea what she knew but I am going to drop it.
"so, V" daisy spoke up skipping next to veronica "what do we need to get?"
"daisy we need to get the map for 3 artifacts"
"ok so how do we get that?" I chimed in this time
"well in the middle of this forest Elliott, is The Great Labyrinth, and at the center of that is the treasure we desire"
