Shirou wasn't in the club room yet because he have some other activities that he must do at the Kyuudo club.
Kiba is asked for help by the kendo club girl to help them training so Kiba cannot go to the club room.
Meanwhile Koneko was taking Gasper walking around the school so Gasper could familiarize himself with the crowds and the atmosphere in Kuoh Gakuen.
While Asia is taking care of Gasper and Koneko because she is worried about Gasper who still looks uncomfortable when he is in the crowded places, even though Shirou says that Gasper's shyness has started to disappear.

And now, right when all of the club member is busy with the paperwork from all the client that doing a contract with Rias peerage that Rias didn't finish in while she is in the Underworld, have a sudden visit from the two advisor of O.R.C: Azazel who recently became one of the teacher in Kuoh Gakuen along with Griselda who already became a teacher in Kuoh Gakuen before the Summer Vacation.
"Irina, Xenovia I heard that you two refused Michael-Sama's invitation to become a part of the Brave Saint system, may I know why?" Asked Griselda who came along with Azazel just as the O.R.C members were doing their activities.
"I don't want to throw away my humanity, boss," Replied Irina. "Being part of the Brave Saint system means I will became an angel, right? I don't want to be an angel whose life is too full of rules, after all, are humans are the most perfect creatures created by God, right? Why would I change my race if I'm already perfect!"
"My reasons are the same as Irina's," Xenovia said. "I already satisfied with being a human, I feel that if I become an angel there will be something missing from my self!"
"Well, if the two of you really feel more comfortable being human I think your reasons can be accepted," Griselda said with a smile seeing that her two subordinates had become more mature. "It's just that I hope that Michael-Sama doesn't feel disappointed that you two turned down his invitation."
