It turned out Kokabiel not only summoned one Cerberus, but two. And now the two Cerberus from Kokabiel immediately attacked Shirou and his friends according to Kokabiel's orders.

When the barrier made by Sona was destroyed, the two dog immediately received power of destruction attacks, thunder magic, jewel magic and fire magic from Rias, Akeno, Rin and Luvia. All of those attacks succeeded in making the attacks of the two Cerberus stop and gave the four of them a chance to prepare a follow-up attack.
Shirou and Arturia ran towards Kokabiel who was floating in the air using all five pairs of jet black wings. He smiled at Shirou, the only human who was a Longinus Zero user from the time the Sacred Gear System was created. A human who wields one of the strongest weapons his Father has ever made. Kokabiel's blood is volatile as someone who always wants battle and blood against strong foes like Shirou. Kokabiel didn't know how strong Shirou was. But he could feel that Shirou was strong. Plus the king of the knights that he respects the most will also fight against him. He became even more excited!
Restarting the war can be postponed, the fight against strong enemies is the main thing.

"So what? Anything is fair to reach a grewt dream!" Valper said. "And because of my project Vatican can have a lot of Holy sword wielder!"
"Did you mean the crystal that is put inside the holy-sword wielders when they received a blessing, huh," Griselda really angry, very angry she didn't know Vatican use a bloody experiment to make artificial holy sword wielder.
"Sister Griselda did you mean the holy crystal that put inside Irina is.." Xenovia said with a pale face.
"That's right little girl, We take out the holy-elements from those who have them and crystallise them. Just like this." Valper took out an orb that was giving out light. "With this, I can became a holy sword wielder! But the Church banished me for heresy and took away my research! What a fool!"
"You killed my comrades only to took out the elements needed to wield the holy-swords?" Kiba asked Valper with his voice filled with killing intent.

"Valper Galilei. How many lives have you sacrificed for your greed and experiment!" Kiba's hands were shaking and there was an aura of anger coming out of his body.
"Hm I don't know, and I don't care at all but you can have this orb to adore you death comrades. My research has reached the stage to mass produce them!" Valper said.
Valper threw away the orb as if he had lost interest in it. It rolled on the ground and went to Kiba's foot. Kiba picked it up and patted the orb sadly, lovingly, and dearly.
"...Everyone..." There was a tear on Kiba's cheek. His expression was filled with sadness and anger.
Then the orb in Kiba hand started to glow a shallow lights. The lights started to spread and it eventually covered the Kuoh Gakuen.
From the ground there were lights coming out and it started to form a shape. Then it formed into a proper shape. It took the shape of people. There were boys and girls who were giving out blue-white lights and they were surrounding Kiba.

Tears had drop down from Kiba eyes, because of that light he can feel his body is full of power. And after that he took out his Sword Birth and said: "Balance Break!"
