A Knee Slappin’ Fishing Story

So this is a story about a personal fishing trip gone wrong... now the story. The people in this part are me, my grandfather(GF) and my Mom. We are on a trip to a lake in Texas, coming from a different state, and it would take us around 2 to 3 hours to get there, this is important remember this. The trip there didn't have anything really significant about it besides the fact that it was still sunny and when we got there at the boat ramp the waves were white capping or in other words rough but not that much so we figured it'll be ok and we set off in my GF's fishing boat and it was about 8 to 9:30 in the morning so the sun had just come out And we were there fishing for sand bass using a lure that head to treble hooks in it(Important).
