*** Foosha Village : Ace 17 years old ***
"Ok Luffy, I am setting out now. Look in the papers for news." Ace
"Alright Ace, take care. And dont forget to call grandpa before you enter grandline" Luffy reminded
"Ya cant forget about that. So see you later Luffy" Ace waved back as he set out to sea in his boat
"Dadan thank you for taking care of me for all this time. Makino, mayor thank you for looking after me" Ace called out loud
"Ace, please take care of yourself out there" Makino replied between his tears
"Bye Ace" Luffy and Dadans gang called out after him
*** That night in Luffy's room ***
'So Ace has set out. I will also set out in three years. The option to get rid of sea curse has been active for quite some time now. Lets do this as it will help me ahead.' thinking so Luffy called out in his mind 'System'
'Hello there Luffy, Ace has started his journey today'
'Ya, I am planning to set out in three years. Now I plan to first get rid of the sea curse and then intensify my training again.'
'Ok, you know the process'
'Right so open the store' The AI in front of him changed to the multiple buttons he was familiar with. He imagined himself selecting / clicking on the Remove Sea Curse button. As soon as that happen a dialogue box poped infront of him 'Do you want to pay 1,000,000 system currency, to get rid of devil fruits curse? Yes / No'
On confirming for the curse removal, Luffy felt something rise up in his throat and he spat out some black substance and some blood. He felt that now he could breathe even more comfortably than before. After some moments Luffy felt his eyes getting heavier and heavier than before and he slowly lost consiousness.
Next day morning Luffy woked up with a rosy expression on his face. He carried out his daily training then had lunch after hunting a boar and cooking it. As cooking being a passive skill it also leveled up with his every cooking, but not having any of the spices that chefs use he dint know at what level he stood as a chef. But as meat lover he dint bother with spices and just ate some roasted meat after applying salt.
After lunch Luffy went to the shallow sea water where he could stand easily and not die by drowning. He jumped into the water and dint feel his strength dissipating anymore. And so he added swimming and underwater fighting in his training list.
Very quickly time passed by and it was time for his own departure. He packed his stuff said his good byes to Dadan and family and made his way towards Foosha village. He met with Makino and Mayor at Makino's Bar, after a quick lunch with them he made his way towards the docks where the rest of the villagers were waiting. On the docks a small fishing boat was tied and had two barrels of water placed on it. Luffy threw his backpack on the boat and boarded it. When all was done and he was ready to leave he turned towards the villagers,
"Ok guys thank you for always taking care of me. Now I will head to sea and BECOME THE PIRATE KING" Luffy ended with a loud shout.
"Take care of yourself Luffy", villager1
"Make us proude out there Luffy", villager2
"Come back soon Luffy onisan", a small village kid called out to Luffy
"Luffy do take care of yourself out there, and dont forget to call me on my den den mushi whenever you get time." Makino told Luffy
"Dont cause too much trouble you brat", Mayor
"Shishishi", Luffy replied to everyone with his unique smile and made the boat move away from the docks. When Luffy reached about 100 meters distance a sea monster rose up from the sea. Seeing the monster the villagers were scared and started shouting for Luffy to come back on shore again. But Luffy ignored them and raised his right hand up in the air, then suddenly bringing it down while calling out "El Strike". Suddenly a thunderbolt appeared on the beast from the sky. The beast was burnt crip and died. Luffy turned towards villagers and wave at them. Seeing this the villagers sighed out in releif while thinking 'We were worried about him for no reason, he has grown up and became very strong'.
Luffy looked at the sky and shouted "SABO I AM STARTING MY JOURNEY TO BECOME THE KING OF PIRATES. WATCH OVER ME. ACE YOU JUST WAIT I WILL BE THERE IN NO TIME."
And so the journey of future pirate king was started.
*** Few days later ***
A merchant ship was attacked by hideous looking pirate ship. The pirate ship belonged to the Alvida Pirates, they were looting the merchant ship when suddenly the guy on watch-out reported, "A SMALL FISHING BOAT SIGHTED ON THE PORT SIDE"
Most of the pirates that were working on the deck looked at the fishing boat, wondering who was the unlucky soul. Alvida gave the fishing boat a glance and ordered "Man the canons, and give him a warning shot. Then sail towards the board and capture him."
As the canon sounded it landed quite far from the fishing boat but enough to be alerted as a warning. The fishing boat just swayed on the water but dint change its direction of heed to the warnings. Seeing this Alvida stood up from her seat and muttered, "So not even trying to run huh." And ordered "Move towards the boat and catch whoever is onboard"
The pirates hurried to follow her orders.
The pirates ship started moving towards the fishing boat. When they reached near the boat they saw a young man was taking a nap on the boat. They could not see his face as it was covered by a straw hat. The man wore a sleeveless shirt and it was not buttoned up. His toned muscles and six pack abs were clearly visible. Alvida drooled at this site and ordered one of the pirate to capture the young man. The pirate boarded the fishing boat and made a move to capture the young man, the sleeping young man dint even make any effort to look at the opponent and just swated him away like a fly. The pirate flew away like a bug with great speed and landed in the sea 100 meters away. Having his sleep disturbed, the young man opened his eyes, move the hat away from his face and all the pirates sucked in a deep breath regardless of the gender on seeing his handsome appearance. He gave a glance at the ship and said out loud "What a hideous looking ship?"
Everyone heard it and started feeling fear for the young man as a giant lady with an iron club started walking towards the edge.
Alvida felt like she had fallen in love with this young man, but when he said that her heart suddenly filled with rage "Brat you better submit to me and apologize. Since you are so handsome I will consider giving you a second chance."
The young man looked at Alvida for a long moment before turning to face a pink haired kid "Who is this ugly bitch?"
The pink haired kid opened his mouth wide while staring at the young man. And then suddenly shouted "Ah you should apologize faster, she is Alvida. Captain of the Alvida pirates, Iron Club Alvida. She has a bounty of 5,000,000 beli on her head. Apologize faster or else she will hurt you."
"Coby", Alvida
"Yes", the pink haired kid replied
"Who is the most beautiful women here?" Alvida asked
"Definitely not you", before Coby could reply the young man replied her
"What did you say brat? Say it again?" Alvida warned the young man
"Well looks like you are also deaf. I SAID THAT YOU ARE THE MOST UGLY LOOKING WOMEN THAT I HAVE SEEN" the young man replied while shouting the last part
Alvida snapped and attacked the young man with her Iron Club, see the club the young man dint even try to dodge the attack. The club hit the man but then it broke into two like it was butter cut by a knife. The young man looked at Alvida and asked "Is that all you got? If yes then I will be cashing that bounty on your head."
"You ...." Alvida started but could not say anything else and so she started attacking the young man with her fist.
The young man just shook his head while muttering "Pathetic" and then sent a small thunderbolt on her. Alvida was shocked and lost her consciousness. The young man looked at other pirates, and they just pissed in there pants. When he was about to make his move and destroy the ship he heard "Amazing" Coby called out loudly
"Oh was it?" young man asked
"Yes you defeated her just like that. I also want to become strong like you and catch pirates like Alvida" Coby
"Do you want to become a Marine?" young man
"Yes" Coby replied without any hesitation
"Oh so what were doing on the pirate ship?" young man asked
"Ah one day when I was going out for fishing I boarded the wrong fishing boat. It was Alvida Pirates small fishing boat and after that I was stuck with them." Coby replied sadly
"What was that? Shishishi so you boarded a pirates fishing boat and were captured Shishishi. You are pathetic Shishishi" young man commented while laughing
"Ah it was good. So now do you want to escape from here?" young man asked
"Yes" Coby
"Alright, bring to where all the treasures are kept." Young man ordered
The duo went onboard the ship, when they went to where the treasures were kept it was nearly empty only some obscure little items were left behind and the guards were knocked out. The young man dint even try to wake the guards up as he made his way back to his boat. He then raised his hand up in the air and brought it down. A thunderbolt descended from the sky and destroyed the pirated ship ridding the world free from one hideous looking ship. And then he started sailing with Coby sitting with him, while Alvida lying at the back. He dint even tie her.
Seeing the lightning descend from the sky astonished everyone around there. Coby muttering some courage finally asked the young man " Ummmmmm who are you?"
"I am Monkey D. Luffy the one who will become the pirate king" Luffy declared as waves crashed on the sides of the boat.
Coby stared at Luffy for a second before he started muttering "Impossible... Impossible... Impossible... Impossible... Impossible..."
Luffy hit him on the head with a light punch. Coby looked at Luffy "Why did you hit me?"
Luffy "Just felt like it."
"Luffy what are you going to do with Alvida?" Coby asked
"We are going to send her to marines and then get her bounty" Luffy replied
"Then where are we going now?" Coby asked
"To the shells town. I heard the bounty hunter Roronoa Zoro is there." Luffy
"Why do you want to meet him? He is said to a demon in human skin." Coby asked scared shitless
"To recruit him to my crew." Luffy
Coby stared at Luffy for a second before he started muttering "Impossible... Impossible... Impossible... Impossible... Impossible..."
Luffy hit him on the head with a light punch. Coby looked at Luffy "Why did you hit me again?"
Luffy "Again just felt like it."
