Earlier in the morning....
They finished eating breakfast before they heard the school bus honking outside. After kissing her mother and the two women goodbyes, she reaches her bag and picks up a small invitation. As soon as Jade took the paper invitation, Sam cheerfully dashed towards the bus.
"An invitation for what?" Ask Jasmine with a creased brow after they watch Sam get into the bus and left.
Jade shrug off her shoulders before opening the envelope. At first, she gave out a bright smile. However, the bright smile slowly faded and a heavy sigh escaped from her mouth.
"What's the problem?" Mother Tess curiously asked while Jasmine snatches the paper from her hands.
"A school family day invitation? Whoa, I like this event! We should all go!" Jasmine suggests. Excitement was painted all over her face.
"You didn't read the rules I presume." Jade stood up and brought the dishes to the sink.
