She clenched her fists and her face darkened. She took the letter with her and folded it nicely, She placed it back in the envelope and she got rid of the unnecessary box. She walked to the coffee table to take the reports Jess had sent her. In the first package, there were a dozen donuts and in the other, there were two bagels wrapped up nicely but they were plastic. Under the bagels, she took out a black folder with the reports she was looking forward to, especially after the letter she had just read.
Inside her bedroom, she placed the letter inside the cabinet of her clothes. She seemed unaffected by the sight of the other letters inside a purple box. " It's nice to have you back.
