"You don't have to say anything else," Shouko shook her head tiredly, "I'm sorry for disturbing you. I'll leave first."
Looking down at Yuuto, Shouko stiffened before she gently patted her tender head. In a quiet voice, she whispered, "Yuuto, you have to cherish the time you have with your Mommy and Daddy, en? Do you love them?"
"Yes!" Yuuto answered with a grin, "Yuuto loves Mommy and Daddy."
Shouko smiled sadly. She once again patted him, straightened her posture and left the hallway, heading to the waiting car. Her mind was full of questions as she felt numb all over her body.
If it was a coincidence, the young teacher wouldn't look so anxious when she tried to explain the sudden departure of Teacher Morita.
