"Go... out?"
"Yes!"
Shouko's question was answered enthusiastically by Ono.
A few days had passed since the day Kyoya suggested them going to see a psychiatrist. Ever since then, a thin and cold wall appeared between the two of them. He would still bring up the subject from time to time but Shouko was still adamant and refused him.
It was the first time they had a long cold war. Even Old Toshio and the rest of the employees in Rosy Mansion could sense it.
"But, Ono..."
"I want to go on a spring shopping spree! Won't you accompany me, my dearest sister?" Ono cut Shouko off before the latter could reject her, "Aunt Masako has gone abroad again! I can only rely on you. Pretty please? I'll buy you your favorite cake after shopping!"
Ono came to Rosy Mansion as early as 9:00 AM, asking Shouko to tag along with her. Shouko was uneasy to reject her sister's simple request but...
She really didn't want to leave home.
