Kyoya was restless throughout the meeting yet he managed to mask his true thoughts. To avoid delaying any important matter, it was plausible for him to focus all of his attention on the input and output of the meeting conducted this morning.
Even so, as much as he appeared calm on the outside, he couldn't escape from Ryota's peering eyes.
"You looked terrible," Ryota pointed out once the meeting ended.
Kyoya glanced behind his shoulders. At his gaze, the people who were still inside the room quickly step away from the cousins. All of them gave respectful bows to the two men before they scurried away from the meeting room.
In an instant, only Kyoya and Ryota were left.
Kyoya pushed back the chair then stood up. He was worried over his wife who was left alone inside his office. Almost two hours had passed. He hoped nothing happened in the meantime.
