Days passed by. On Monday, like the previous days, Shouko went to the care home. But, instead of only silently watching over Yuuya through the windows, she started taking another initiative ever since her conversation with her aunt.
Besides the motivation she got after pouring her heart out to her aunt, what Chieko said to her also helped her in changing her way of facing the boy.
At that time, Shouko was still as anxious as she usually did whenever she watched over Yuuya outside the sickbay. Chieko came to accompany her.
