After lunch, they returned to Mizu Residence first to send Aunt Masako back. Both Shouko and Aunt Masako weren't as livelier as before as they were engrossed in their own thoughts. Once the car pulled up in front of the block, the bodyguard responsible for driving gently mentioned it to the two ladies.
"Aunt, let one of them help you," Shouko gestured to the bodyguards who alighted the nanny van. They brought along the shopping bags that had multiplied successfully during the shopping trip.
"Alright," Aunt Masako nodded.
Shouko followed along when Aunt Masako got out of the van. The restlessness in her eyes was enough to alert the older lady of what she was thinking.
A soft smile curved on the mature lady's lips. Aunt Masako reached out both of her hands and gently hugged her niece. One of her palms patted Shouko's head before her clear voice echoed by her ears.
