"... Love? Shouko?"
The familiar voice broke her reverie. Shouko blinked twice, her sight gradually turned clearer as she met a pair of prying eyes.
"Ah... did you say something?" She was a bit apologetic when she looked back at him.
Kyoya smiled wryly. His large hand went to stroke his wife's head, the gentleness of his touch inevitably sent comfort to his little lady.
"Ever since we got inside the car, you've been so quiet. What are you thinking?" He adjusted the collar of her jacket for a bit before he pulled her to lean on his chest, "Are you worried about meeting the children?"
Shouko silently stared at her husband. Instead of dwelling about that, she was thinking of something else.
Ever since she talked to Director Shinohara yesterday, her mind was preoccupied with what the older lady had told her.
Yet, she didn't know how to tell him.
