It was a cold night. A faint sound of music could be heard down the streets, a party. it was a friday night afterall.
Alyx Ananth walked down that street, away from her boyfriend' home, the further she got, the less she heard the music.
the cold breeze did nothing to calm her rage at her boyfriend-Brody. she tugged at her scarf, wrapping it tightly around hee neck, causing her brownish blonde lock to fluff up at her cheeks "some boyfriend he is!" she grumbled, brows furrowed, recalling how dismissive he was to her all night, he hadnt even bothered to walk her out. he simply waves her off and continued to type away on his laptop. she shivered, the cold breeze nit soaring an inch if her. for a moment she considered going back to his home but her pride wouldnt let her.
a sudden movement in the shadows made her freeze up, the shadow seemed to glow into a figure , a light shade of pink.
Alyx instantly began to regret every decision she made that night, she looked around and gulped
'is this how i die?'
almost instantly she felt a sharp pain in her chest, she gasped and looked down.
an arrow.
her eyes widened and her jaw dropped. "crap..." she heard a voice whisper harshly. she didnt look up, she stared mesmerised at the arrow, she had never seen anything like it before. it was red and silver.
she felt a shadow above her and looked at the stranger. she was unsure if she was hallucinating but the stranger before her glowed , a light shade of grey-black. his eyes, a light shade of purple glowed, a hint of worry and shock. he said something but she couldnt make out the words, all she could feel was her world turning upside down as she fell unconcious.
-
Alyx stirred and opened her eyes. she stared at the ceiling, her mind blank.
"glad you are awake, how are you feeling" a voice said beaides her, she sat up in shock and winced as pain shot through her nerves from her chest to her head "oh no, dont do that" the guy besides her said as he rushed and grabbed her, one hand on her shoulder and the other on her chest. he pushed her down gently. she swatted his hand away "dont touch me. who are you" she asked narrowing her eyes at him.
the guy before her smiled nervously "i-"
before he could continue, the memories of the other night flashed in her mind as she recognized his face "did you do this to me?" she asked calmly
"uh...yeah..." he paused, giving her a sheepish smile "why would you..." she began
"it was an honest mistake. to be fair, it was supposed to be another arrow, i just happen to draw out from the wrong...." he trailed off when he noticed the look she was giving him.
pure bewilderment.
"i must've drank something funny last night" she whispered out loudly and placed her hand on her forehead while closing her eyes.
withing seconds she was unconconcious again.
