The times have come again, to do new admission for new grade (11th grade ).
As a conscientious person, June rushes to her school to submit her documents and finish her duty in one day.
Luckily, for her There's not much students, so she finished it after 2 hours of waiting.
Meanwhile in the bachelor department, James too come for his admission as he passed his last class to take higher step for his future.
Later both Couples bumps into each other on their way to the get home. Both exchange a smile and James immediately asked June out for a walk and a date, to which June gladly accept it.
As they went for a walk both sometimes stop in front of a stall to try out some snacks and drinks.
As a guy, he know that he had to paid for everything, which he don't mind, he thought that it's a rule in relationship as well as whenever you're out with a girl.
Just as he tried to pay the money, June stop him and told him that both should pay for their own.
Which makes James admire her more, and he asked, " why didn't you want me to pay? "
To which June replied, "Because it doesn't mean that you had to pay just because you're a guy, also It's makes me feel indebted to you, and I want to have a clean relationship with you, So I have to do my own things and same goes to you too." Wink😉
James wanted to tease her and said, " But it's a must whenever a boy and girl went out together also in a relationship, the guy had to paid no matter what, it's like a rule that had been follow from generation to generation. "
June turned to him with a disbelief look and replied, " That for others but not on us and as for us, If you buy me a shirt then in return I buy you a pants, so on, it's gives and takes. Honestly speaking, I disliked girls those who let her boys paid for everything for them, not being a bitter about it."
James smile and get her point. His admiration for her is slowly growing.
Then he asked her, "That's means, we have to see one another in equally, right?
June gives him a smile and replied, " Yeah, that's what I mean, because a relationship is not build by only one person but two, who chose to put afford and fight together for their love also always letting the one person invest in relationship while the other will only be there without giving any thought or determination to let it works then it's obvious that they're going to break apart.
James nods and they walked toward one's of the stall for food.
So both of them Indulge in small talk . June got to know that James doesn't like spicy and junks food, she also feels that James understand her more from their last talk in the school.
It's time to part ways, but before that James insist on sending her home, and both walk side by side with a smile on their lips but in silence,.
Just as they reach the front gate of her house, June saw her parents and brother, who comes back from their farm, she feels so nervous that her body freeze up, even though her Mom knows about her having a boyfriend but her Dad don't.
When both her parents saw that her daughter is with a guy, Mrs. June gives a smile to both the couples as a greetings,Mr.June give James a look over and a small nod. Rain just runs to his sister, asking to be carried with hug and kisses. June gladly complied to it.
Reaching near Their daughter, June parents invite James for a tea which James gladly accept it.
While of James & her parents take a sit in the living room, June excuse her to make tea and being done, She bring out for all of them but Rain is given a milk bottle.
So as a Father who is always worried of his daughter well being, Mr. June start the conversation.
Mr. June:What's your name, boy??
James:James, Sir.
Mr. June: Nice to meet you. (giving him a smile)
James:Same here, Mam.
Mr. June:If you don't mind me saying that we saw you with my daughter and..?
James: (Immediately got the hints and giving them a force smile)Sir, We're from the same education background and June happened to be my junior as well as my friend, we bump on the way and I insisted to dropped her off.
Mr. June gives him a small smile but Mrs. June just stared at him and shifts her stare toward her daughter, who's preparing for their tea and snacks.
Mr. June:(Nodding), Nice to meet you. And please look after our daughter.
James: Same here, definitely, Sir.
Mrs. June felt off after meeting James and she thought he'll tell them the relationship between him and her daughter but he put a friend status on his girlfriend. Because youngsters this days are braver and courageous than her time. She doesn't want her daughter to know about it right away, but she need to talk to her again.
While Mr. June is feeling better after he heard James relation with his daughter, he didn't like one bit, about James, as he scream danger. Also he knows his family background and he'll rather married his daughter to some of their status then him. He mocking laugh at himself for thinking about his daughter that he's not going to let it happen soon, until he find a suitable man for her or she find herself.
June brought out the tea and snacks on a large tray and gives each cup to everyone.
They all smile at each other and quietly sipping their tea, the atmosphere turned awkward.James hurriedly finished his Tea, and immediately James stood up, thanking for a cup of tea and bade his good night.
Both parents and June see him out, bade Night.
The parents gives their daughter a smile and They made their way to the kitchen for dinner preparation without further do.
Finishing up the dinner and cleaning up, They take a ride to dreamland.
