Third day : Inside the mall:
Everyone was sleeping as it was morning ,suddenly ,
* Aahhhhh*
A scream echoed from where the washrooms were located , it made everyone awake in fear. They all had mixed expressions of terror and confusion on their faces while they looked at each other .
" Who the hell went there all alone "
Siyam shouted at the survivors , They became silent ,Amihan went rushing along with John to saw the situation over there .After a short while a man spoke with a low voice ,
" There were two women who went to the toilet "
Siyam nodded at him and they also ran towards the washrooms , it was located at the hallway that lead to the other side of the floor .
As he reached the location he saw John with a wicked smile upon his face and a large black silhout hanging from his hands , followed by Amihan and two women in their thirties.
" It was only a mouse " John said while laughing as he saw Siyam stating at him with a confused expression .
" It was freaking a foot long mouse you dumb head and put that disgusting thing down " Amihan added with a loud voice ,
They got back to the others and explained the situation where the women saw the mouse eating the intestines of a women in front of the washrooms and screamed as the large creature looked at them with his disgusting face .
Some people sighed while others just tried to control their smiles except for John who laughed endlessly.
A man in his forties from the survivors group approached Siyam as the representative of the group and asked him about their plans for the near future as he had a thought of following the young boy even if he had to leave his group.
" Excuse me young man can we discuss about how is your group gonna handle your survival ,can we take a part in it ?"
The man said with a respective tone ,
" Oh about that we're gonna sort out how to kill those at the lower floors and clear the apartments then head out for some other work"
Siyam answered , John and Amihan sighed at his answer as it looked like the lad was not gonna leave before making a base ..
The man nodded and then got back to the group to give them the news. The group sighed in relief as they thought Siyam's group were to leave after taking the things they needed .
Siyam along with Amihan and John sat at a table.
"What's the news ?"
Siyam said in a serious tone .
" The things that kept us to leave the city are beyond your imagination " John answered in a stern tone ,
" Some of the zombies evolve to be formed some kind of monsters having inhuman strength and speed " Amihan added ,
" We were attacked by some kind of over powered monsters having a huge figures and others having sharp senses and great speed " John said in a sad voice ,
" And then ?" Siyam asked
" We killed them but with a huge number of causalities, some of them also had some kind of small crystals like beads in their heads " Amihan replied ,
Siyam nodded and brought his hand to his left front pocket and took out something and placed it in the table .
" You are talking about this ?" Siyam said,
Amihan and John looked at the bead with shock , It was thumb small sized grey coloured transparent crystal .
" How did you get it ?"John asked with interest in his eyes ,
" As expected of my beloved ? " Amihan said with a smile ,
Siyam raised his brows to the woman who didn't tried to hide the fact that she was flirting but then again got back to the main topic .
" Yeah it costed me alot and what are it's uses ?" Siyam said ,
" We fed it to our cat ,she just had a lot of changes in a single night along with super speed and increase in size , we still don't know if it works on humanoids "
Amihan said with a frown as they still didn't knew the extent of the crystal .
"One way of knowing"
Siyam took the crystal and stuffed it inside his mouth like a candy , Both of the eyes of Amihan and John became wide ,
The crystal melted in his mouth and them entered his digestive system and disappeared .Siyam fell down as he felt a huge burst of energy inside his abdomen Amihan's eye's became blank as she didn't knew how to react , She was gonna approach Siyam but was stopped by John .
" He has to take it alone " John said,
Amihan went silent and just stared at Siyam's body that was continuously wriggling on the floor with his hands clenching his stomach .
After a while Siyam stopped moving and just fell unconscious .John placed him on the table and then brought water for him.
Half and hour passed Siyam was still unconscious with Bella and Amihan sitting on his side waiting for him to wake up.
" How long have you two been together?" Amihan started the conversation ,
" About two years and when did you got to know him?" Bella asked
" About a year " Amihan answered as she was gonna open her mouth again Siyam lifted his head up and sat on the table yawning like he was sleeping this whole while .
" That was good " Siyam said and looked at his side to see everyone glaring at him with ferocious eyes like he had done something wrong .
He scratched his head and then remembered what happened , He was about to open his mouth to apologize when
*Smack*
A hand came rushing towards his face and slapped him ,it was Bella who was frustrated because she was worrying about him for the past half hour and he was leisurely taking a nap .
Siyam got up and and bowed his head towards them and apologized for his actions that made the group worried .
" How you're feeling ?" John asked,
" Like I can take you down single handedly " Siyam said with a proud smile ,
John tilted his head in confusion that this young lad was taking about taking down a fully grown man down .
" How are they doing? " Siyam added not minding John glaring at him, he turned his head towards the survivors who were busy doing their work .
" They're preparing some makeshift weapons after that they're going to the upper stories with me ." John replied ,
Siyam understood and then went to the group to see if they needed something.
" Hey guy's boss is here "
A man shouted as he saw Siyam walking towards them , it made him wonder when did he became a boss .
Then John arrived and they discussed the plan briefly ,
The building had seven stories of which the mall took the first four, each floor had two large sections horizontally connected by a wide walkways. The upper three floors consisted of luxury apartments for living purpose. The survivors had to first clear all the food and water at the two floors they had acquired and then planed to clear all the apartments .
Siyam went and asked every survivor for they health beacause mostly were traumatized by the zombies others were barely managing but they all had the will to survive.
Siyam left them as they went with John to clear current floors as he didn't had interest in it.
He approached his group and started to talk with the girls.
