It wasn't directly built in mid air but started from underground. Many buildings rose up from the ground. They were huge and pierced through the clouds. The buildings in mid air was the core of Tianyu City.
The city underground were mostly for the ordinary people. Only by entering the higher levels where there were many floating bridges, roads and houses. There were buildings, courtyards and exquisite forests together, forming a cultivator world.
