Lv Yun was a First-level Alchemist at the Alchemist Association.
In Alchemy, the Association had many Second and Third-Level Alchemists whose abilities exceeded those of Lv Yun. However, in medicine preparation, Lv Yun indeed had his unique prowess; even many Second and Third-Level Alchemists couldn't compare with him.
This fact gave Lv Yun a rather special status within the Alchemist Association, especially among the numerous Pharmacists, where his prestige was exceptionally high.
"Hmm?" As Lv Yun was slightly nodding, basking in the surrounding compliments, his gaze suddenly sharpened.
He saw Jing Yan!
He didn't recognize Jing Yan, nor had he ever seen him before.
In the Alchemist Association, the number of Alchemists and Pharmacists wasn't large. Everyone was in one place; unavoidable in passing, so even if not familiar, faces were generally recognized, or at least remembered.
But apparently, Lv Yun had never seen Jing Yan; he was completely unfamiliar.
