Yun couldn't believe what he had just heard... Okay, he knew she did love him no doubt, but he hadn't been expecting her to say it.
"What did you just say?" He asked, trying hard not to smile like a fool.
Lijuan looked away from him shyly, why was he making her repeat it? Hadn't he been the first to say it earlier that morning?
"Juan?" Yun called, placing his hand under her chin so she would look directly at him, "Come on, can you repeat what you just said?" He pleaded as his heart beat quickened in anticipation.
"But you heard me the first time." Lijuan complained.
"I just want to be sure I heard the right thing." Yun prodded.
"Okay, tell me what you heard so I tell you if it was what I said or not." Lijuan said, making Yun sigh.
Was he going to have to force it out of her mouth now? "Really?" He asked in a 'Are we seriously going to do this now?' tone.
