"Hmm, you accepted the reality pretty fast, " Chasina commented.
"Do I have another choice? I have run after him for years. Now it's time for me to rest. I hope even though we may not make friends. I hope you come and check on me once in a while. So, at least I will think that there a person is there to see me. If not just forget it. I regret everything I did for myself. I wonder how my family and parents are...." She sighed.
"If you get released now what will you do?" Chasina asked.
"Back to the place where belong to, " she said.
"Which place?"
"Firebird, "
"What will you do there?"
"I will go to the farm and will work with my family. Wait! I garnered their hate. Now I think I don't have any place to go. Hmm... If I am given another chance I will go to another country where I don't know anyone and start a new life, " she said.
"Even though it's impossible for you to get out of the prison it is still best to stay good and nice, " Chasina said.
"Thanks, Even though I know it's impossible for me to get out. You spoke to me. I don't want to guess your intentions but still, they relieved me for a bit, " she said as she gave a weak smile.
"I heard that you have a habit of writing short stories, " Chasina asked.
"Yeah, it was a habit for me from my childhood. But I stopped studies before high school. So, I no longer write them, " Sister Peggy said.
"Maybe you can write some books if you want. You will earn money through the chores you do the prison. You can use that money to publish them with the help of some basic rights given by the government, " Chasina said.
"I can do that?" She asked in disbelief.
"Yeah!" She said.
"Thanks! But why are you helping me?" Sister Peggy asked.
"Even though you are cruel you are still a woman, who is pitiful. You have your own story. And I don't think this is your end. Maybe you may become a good author too, " Chasina said with a smile.
"Did anyone said that you are beautiful?" Sister Peggy said.
"Even if you say that to me. I'm not going to fall. Because I like men. I'm not into women, " Chasina said with a wink.
"Haha, " she laughed.
"Yeah, by the way, the shares under you what will happen to them?" Chasina asked.
"Since I don't have any children or anyone. They will go to my underlying people, " She said.
"But each and every person from Women racket is dead, " Chasina pointed.
"Since I'm still alive I still have the right to sell the shares of the legal businesses I have. If not the people who know me will take over. And the only people who know my existence is the government and the wife of Joshua. I don't think she will take over. Maybe she takes over. I can't say that, " she said.
"Hmm, I will look into it. By the way, you can't play tricks while writing your books, " Chasina said with a wink.
"Haha, " Sister Peggy laughed at her.
Even though she said playfully it's a warning. She knew it very well.
"There is none for me to look. And I don't have any hope to live. What tricks I can play?" She said.
"If that's the case. That's good, " Chasina said.
"Hmm, All the best, " Chasina added.
"Thanks, " sister Peggy replied.
"Hmm, it's time for me to take my leave, " Chasina said.
With that Chasina left.
Sister Peggy loomed at Chasina's receding back with a complicated expression but it soon turned out to be a smile.
From the jailer, she heard that she is going to take psychiatric therapies.
Even though she is going to live in jail. Chasina made arrangements for her to live in a better way. Even though she didn't understand her motives she is grateful.
Whatever her motives are she couldn't care less. Because she has given up on that life.
"This is the end for you as Sister Peggy" She smiled as she muttered.
The Sister Peggy story is ended here. A smile bloomed on her lips with her own thoughts.
For many people entering jail is the end of their lives but to her, it's the start to live a normal life.
Since she is a prisoner it may be impossible to live a normal life but it's still possible for her to live peacefully. She doesn't have to run after people.
She felt relieved. She felt like even though her hands and legs are cuffed and chained she felt free.
