He didn't feel confident at all without relying upon Annihilation Tornado, but he wouldn't use it until the day he fought Bea or was in a desperate situation.
Of everything he had thought, there was only one plan that might work, but it would rely heavily on luck, and if it failed once, there was no way it would work later.
"I guess I need to go all out to have a slight chance."

"Hurry up! Why aren't you attacking?"
Shiba's opponent wanted Shiba to attack him to find an opening to kill Shiba in one hit. Even if he didn't kill him, at least he must heavily injure him.
However, he wasn't too proficient in long-range attacks, so he felt that it would just be a waste of energy.
His long-range attacks were as powerful as those of the first Queen, which was quite lacking for someone at Rank 4.
