He had been trying to improve the spell he saw previously, but the first time he heard about a Law Skill had been when Eini mentioned it, which was just a few moments before he heard the notification.
Based on what Eini had just done, Law Skills were incredibly powerful, but Shiba also knew that they weren't easy to use.
He didn't need anyone to explain it. He could feel that Law Skills required controlling the Laws besides a lot of energy, although the more the Law one could control, the less energy required.
He was sure that Eini couldn't use that Law Skill a second time without replenishing her energy first.
However, it would be hard for someone at the same level to endure a Law Skill. Those skills weren't meant for people at their level at all.
Usually, at Rank 8 or Rank 9, it was possible to develop a Law Skill, although mostly those of Rank 9.
