Shiba's group returned from yet another quest, but Shiba was clearly displeased. The quest had been too easy, so he hadn't been able to improve at all.
It might be different for others, but Shiba needed to have proper fights if he wanted to get his fifth Essence at the Essence God level.
Those quests were already useless to him. The difficulty had only been turning lower as the time passed as the number of issues on the areas deemed safe by Ravier diminished a lot.
Shiba had done several quests after reaching his fourth Essence at the Essence God level, but he hadn't been able to progress at all.
"I won't be doing any more quests."
As soon as they returned to Ravier's planet, Shiba announced his intentions.
"Why?"
Eini didn't expect that Shiba would say something like that.
"Well, I was expecting you to say something like this eventually. You already endured enough."
