As soon as Jason woke up, he felt something was not right around him. He could not feel anything on his skin, all he could hear a slow hum in the background and there was darkness all around him with a bright light in front of him.
"So, you almost died" An unnaturally familiar sound came from behind him causing him to turn abruptly.
There was a man oddly similar looking to him, He almost seemed like an older twin of his.
"No, I'm not your Older twin. And I want you to Listen Carefully as I don't have much time"
"I am you from the future, I tried to time travel back in time but it broke off my timeline from yours and now you could consider that I am dead to this world and I don't exist anymore and this is the last stand of my conscience left.
I regret a lot of things in life and this is my last chance at writing the wrongs done in my past life.
Firstly, You are right about the system; nothing comes for free in the world and the system is also a huge trap for beings with huge potential. It is designed to control them from getting stronger at later stages in life. It controls you by the currency system as it limits your power to the level system, you cannot grow any more powerful in the later stages because of it. If you want to grow stronger you will have to do quests given by the creators of the system and if you disagree with them they can just remove the system from you making you lose all your power and turn into a normal human being.
The only solution I could find for this was integrating one of my dearest friend's soul shard into the system as the system's conscience. It's her soul shard that's inside the system, I gave her a way to integrate fully with the system so you could say she is the system but she has to follow the rules of the system created by the creators.
The only way you can rid yourself from the system is to level her conscience up using coins and eventually let her overtake the system from the inside. The system would take full control of your progress at level 50 so before level 50 you must get rid of the system.
Also, I can't tell you about the future as there are beings far more powerful than me and if I tell you anything about the future events then it would cause a ripple in the space-time river and you will be found out in mere seconds. I can only advise you and I can just hint at things without actually telling what really happened in my timeline.
Now I don't expect you to do everything I say as I Know about my own personality but there are five things I want you to consider doing as they are the things I regret the most.
First: Save Arya from the angels.
Second: Do not try to save Harry from the devils as he has his own path to follow and you trying to save him will just lead him to be killed.
Third: Help Aiden get stronger fast.
Fourth: Make use of the system store, that is the most powerful thing about the system.
Fifth: Grind as much as you can in the early stages of the apocalypse as it will get way harder soon. And make sure to go to the arenas that the higher human gods have integrated with this world.
Also do not thrust the all the higher Human gods as there are many traitors in them and it was because of them that the earth is in such a state, the failed evolution sequence was also their ploy.

Jason was feeling overwhelmed at the sudden info dump, but surprisingly he felt a soothing sensation all over his mind, calming him down and helping him sort the information effectively. The soothing sensation felt oddly similar to the refreshing feeling he felt at the start of the apocalypse, it was the passive ability of the soul shard, an ability that he had not seen take effect after the first day of the apocalypse.
"Why should I trust you?" Jason asked the most important question. Sure, the Jason in front of him looked like him and it really felt that he was his older version form the future. But you never know all of this could be just another trap, Traveling through time seemed seems quite impossible as he has the time skip ability and he knows how hard it would be to even go back into time for even one second let alone years, it would be impossible with his current time skip ability.
"Great question. The reason for trust is in the five tasks I gave you, Saving Arya from angels will come later but Harry's situation should have happened until now as you were asleep for 3 weeks. Also, the system will soon prompt you with another quest after displaying its disappointment in you and this quest will be a chain quest with its main goal being to make you use the system to its true potential. I recommend you do that, let go of your apprehension of the system and grow strong fast so that you can take control of your life and protect your loved ones. Also, take advise from the Conscience of the system as she is the only one who can make you stronger and help you get rid of the system" The future Jason's figure was turning fainter the more he talked. Right now, he was almost semi-transparent, and it would seem he would vanish any moment.
"It seems I can't continue any longer. Any last questions?" Jason from the future said with a smile on his face as he seemed almost relieved after telling him all these things. It seemed as if a heavy burden was lifted off his shoulders."
"Does something happen to Aiden in the future, you asked to make her stronger fast," Jason asked with a complicated expression on his face. He had a lot of unanswered questions in his mind, but he could feel that this was probably the last question left and the safety of his sister was his topmost priority.
"I can't tell you what will happen but I can hint you this that if she does not grow strong fast she will be in grave danger." The Jason of the future said in a serious tone as his voice started going faint and even his figure was barely visible now.
"One last piece of advice, Fuck the humanity and being human shit that's going in your head. Just do what you feel is right as that is the true essence of being human. Humans are a selfish species and…." Jason could not hear him anymore as his figure vanished totally mid-sentence.
