Matron Wilson sat on the chair and held her hand gently while stroking it, "Are you having pain Jane? I could give you something until the doctor do their rounds." She saw Jane simmer down slightly, "How about you come to my office and we can have a cup of tea?"
Matron Wilson received a nod, "Then go and freshen up so we will enjoy that tea, I hate to have tea alone at this hour."
Matron Wilson noticed when Jane emerged from the bathroom she was looking refreshed and a few minutes later she walked into the Matron's Office, "Have a seat Jane. I must say that you have done quite a remarkable job on your hair, it looks extraordinary."
Matron Wilson placed the muffin in a tea plate and the cocoa in front of her and said, "It is hot so be careful."
