Yeli kakumi just running for the marathon in her life, no one or nature even can stop her now. She take off her heels and run like a lunatic behind her with dogs. It's now or never. She couldn't take a grasp for a minute to breathe, as soon as she could, she caught the elevator which was full with people. In squeezed into that congested area, she got lucky, there was one place left for her to take the chance and she didn't hesitate to take it.
She was holding her breath till she got into the office and she got lucky again, her interviewer was late.
The secretary told her to wait till her boss is here. She is so excited at first, she was late for 5 minutes, luckily interviewer is late than her.
First 10 minutes late, she checked her watch, then 15, 20, 25, 30, 35, 40, 45 and then an hour late. The excitement of her is drained by the minutes of waiting for him.
Then his secretary apologises to her as she received a call from her boss that suddenly he became ill and he have to went to the hospital as quickly as he can, he is experiencing some kind of paralysis. He sent you his apologies. He will personally call you later when he get back to the office.
Yeli get so disappointed by her bad luck. She sincerely accepted her interviewer's apology as an interviewee then leaving the building as slowly as she can because she doesn't like the circumstances.
What on earth he got affected by that causing him to experiencing the paralysis?
No, it's not okay at all but nothing in her capacity to do about it. The building is very huge in size, rooms everywhere, peoples are working, it's their office place, manufacturing place is upwards of the building. Everything happened by machineries almost and the rest by workers. Their car parking lot is behind the building, completely separated for the safety.
She can't imagine the thought of working here as one of them. It's making her happily worried.
That day, she didn't go anywhere, straight back to her home. It took her 2 hours to get here then waiting. Heat and hotness of the day made her exhausted, on that she is disappointed and sad.
She took a nice bath right after she get back to her rented apartment, it's a small place on the 1st floor of the back of the main apartment building but it's heavenly for her. There is a car parking space in the ground floor which is the upfront of the building. From her side it's a big white wall with a small gardening space for her. Her front door is behind from the main apartment building but there is a way too to enter from the front. The owner took the little freedom to keep the keys to himself, it's for an emergency only.
He doesn't stay here, he lives in the city, every weekend he come here to check if everything is okay. He works in the city. He is a very jolly good man. He gave her to enjoy the small lawn to herself.
After a good cold bath, lazily she is preparing her evening meal, she could not have lunch because of everything she went through this afternoon though she could but she didn't.
Now she making herself an evening snack with a cup of sweet milk cocoa and tea mixture. It works like a tonic to her. Strong smell of cocoa with mild flavour tea is simply gorgeous.
She didn't feel to notice that when did she cut off her fingers. It's not feeling at all as if it's numb for some reason. Two of her fingers deeply wounded by her own knife perhaps during she was chopping the veggies.
When she is washing her veggies then she saw bloods running through the water but why didn't she felt that. She quickly wrapped a medical bandage on them but it seems blood can be overflowed, so she wrapped two bandages over her two fingers then prepared her meal for the evening.
She ate her supper, washed everything, watched her television for few minutes, nothing extravagance out there then before she go to bed she checked her bandages are already getting overflowed by her blood.
She get worried, why does it bleeding that much? it's just a regular clumsily wounded fingers. She changed her bandages again, this time she doubled it then went for the bed.
She doesn't know what happened to her but the next morning she wakes up by the wetness of the blood. Her fingers are still leaking. Now bloods are streaming down to her elbow, one side of the bed almost covered with blood that's were dripping from the overflowed bandages.
She is feeling quite dizzy probably because of too much blood loss. Somehow she managed to get herself ready because now it's too much, she needs to see a doctor as soon as she can. She grabbed a cappuccino and toasted double cheese sausage sandwich from the store then as hurriedly as she can, she reaches to the nearby hospital.
For some reason or probably her luck it seems quite unexpectedly empty. She directly go to the receptionist and asks her to help out before she falls down and faint.
Before she saying anything she got fainted infront of the receptionist, her wounded hand infront of her.
Doctors tried their best but they couldn't stop the bleeding, worse of all it started to swallow. Her conditions becoming worsen by an hour, everything seems like stop responding but she is not in pain. To rescue her from her this helpless state doctors then send her blood sample to test, there they found an unknown virus which is stopping brain to react according to the body's state. The virus is not sending the body's message to the brain to feel anything to react upon their present stage of the body which causing no feelings of wounds or injuries, immune systems failing to stop the blood shed, not healing at all.
After 5 hours of struggling to keep her alive Yeli Kakumi announced medically dead from unknown virus that paralyzed her brain to stop working. This new virus is newly discovered, no one knows how to cure but it turned out deadly and contagious bacteria. From where she caught it know one knew only her who is now dead. There is other cases like her who were like her unfortunate and dead now because of their complete ignorance towards the symptoms and disease but it's not giving them anytime to cure it right.
The doctor guessing it's probably deadly when someone cut or somehow wounded then the blood flows can't be stopped. Anyone who are infected by the virus would be living zombies who can't feel anything because of that virus. The virus kills the brain to feel anything at all in body or mind.
This new virus is started to spread from person to person by sharing the same air, breathing the same air which is highly contagious with bacteria that people still don't knows about that death lingers within.
