SUMIRE
"Y--you just want to do it out here right?" Sumire guessed.
Yuhi smirked. "You're catching on."
"Hooligan."
"But really Sumire, I need you to relax."
"Impossible."
Yuhi laughed.
"Come over here you silly girl. What's the point of me luring you here if your not in my arms?"
Sumire moved closer and Yuhi wrapped his arms around her waist.
"You did great, I'm proud of you."
Oh.
"I had no doubt you'd win, but seeing you singing. Seeing you on stage, I'm often reminded how amazing you are and how lucky I am to have you."
"Even if you can't have all of me?"
Something flickered in Yuhi's eyes and for a moment Sumire thought her heart would stop. Maybe she shouldn't have said that.
"Even if." Yuhi mumbled. "I will treasure every single piece you offer to me, even if it's just scraps. It's more than enough."
"You shouldn't be okay with that."
