Chapter 42 - 42 - Monday

Reappearing outside my home, I slowly walked up to the door. Entering the house, something pushed me down ontu the ground. "Where have you been! Aaah!" my parents screamed in unison.

"Ah, I was just fighting the final boss of Harox city's dungeon, sorry it took 2 weeks to kill something with infinite health...ha.ha.ha"

Trying to laugh it off, I proceeded to head to my bedroom. "Thank god you aren't injured! But please don't do it ever again!" (mum) "Okay mum." leaving it at that, I dived into my bed for a hard earned rest.

The next morning. I dragged myself off the bed, using [Cleanse-tier 6] to remove the [Sleep] debuff, I walked like a zombie. Doing my usual routine, I used [Teleport-tier 5] and appeared on my chair in the classroom. Waiting for sensei to come, I layed my head on the table from mental exhaustion. Huh~ I don't really need basic spell theory or mana control anymore, so I just need to focus on sparring practice huh. Even teachers would get disintegrated from my base speed though, I'll have to use [wrath] to slow down my own movements huh~

It's been 4 and a half months, so only James and a few guys would crowd around me in class while I stare at them from the tabletop. Whatever, it's not like they're harming anyone, so I'll allow it. Just as sensei entered the class, the students crowding my table went back to their seats. Everyone started to practice controlling their mana in various ways, few were tying to expand their mana pool. It seemed everyone had improved in the 4 and a half months I was gone. Smirking as if saying 'how's that!', gorilla sensei glanced at me. Bored, I layed my head back down on the table in response.

Walking over to me, gorilla sensei asked "Why aren't you practicing mana control like everyone else?" (gorilla-sensei)

"I am. Just looked above the school."

A few students looked at the outside of the window and there was already a giant shadow covering the school. Gorilla sensei went out of the classroom to check. "AH!" (gorilla-sensei)

Looks like he screamed in shock for a second. The principal was also there.

"Hey principal, can't you do anything about that?" (Gorilla-sensei) He points at the massive black sphere multiple times the size of the school floating above. "Nah, Emily has it under control. Even if she didn't, any barrier of mine will get shattered by that thing and the school will disintegrate. Can't do anything but trust Emily not to blow up the school." (Klifor)

"Huuuh~" Gorilla-sensei and Klifor sighed in unison.

Doing nothing in school by completing 3 years worth of lessons is weird, guess I'll hang out at the canteen for the rest of my life.

Teleporting to Klifor's location, gorilla-sensei was there as well but he didn't have a problem with me being outside the classroom. He just continued watch the dense sphere of unstable energy in the air, as if it was about to erupt at any moment. "What brings you here, Emily?" (Klifor)

"I was wondering if you could spar with me, the teachers would get disintegrated and I have basically nothing to do during school hours. If this keeps up, I will fall asleep and acidentally release that ominous black sphere in the sky. At least the highest floor of the school will be gone(LOL). "

" Oh yeah, I guess you finished basic spell theory in the 4 months with the elite tutor I found for you. Took me a while to find a tutor that would put effort and squeeze 3 years worth in 4 months. That's alright, I can spar for about one period a day, any further and it will cut into my administrative work."(klifor)

" Don't you have other teachers for that work? Isn't the principal doing all the administration inefficient? "

"... Fine 3 periods, take it or leave it."

(Klifor)

" Thanks! "

" huuuh~*sigh* how cheeky, don't you have the king to spar with you? "(Klifor)

" He just sits there and blocks my attack, that would be boring."

Ending the conversation, I walked out of the school. This time there was no delinquent asking me to meet at the alleyway, perhaps they developed a trauma in the alleyway? Well, whatever. It's more convenient for me anyway.

Walking along the same path of small stones out of the school, it felt very nostalgic since I would usually use [Teleport-tier 5] instead of walk my way out. Ah! Speaking of which, Bavner onii-chan advised that I should go to the church and roll to see if I got another class. Hmmm~ but first, I wish to go dine at a restaurant in Harox.

Using [Teleport-tier 5] instead of walking, I appeared outside the city gate. Ah, lucky I came here first. Almost forgot that I should collect the entry pass from Bavner before going to the royal church for 'higher rates'. My new class may cause a commotion in the normal churches. Apparently the priest at the royal church have an average level of 700,that's 500 higher than normal and both are overkill for priest. Walking towards a restaurant I picked, I ordered and ate my fill of vegetable stew.

Teleporting to the corridor of the throne room, Houzo was there to escort me again. Walking in, the king placed a card on my hand saying "good luck". Replying with "Thank you.",I teleported again, but this time it was to the entrance of the church.Entering, the architecture was clearly different from the average run down church. The pillars were polished with white and there was a red carpet in the middle leading to the altar. Having showed the guards outside, the royal pass, I walked through the door while not minding the gasp of nobles surprised I could get in.
