It was initially a foundation only meant to elevate RUIN to Extremity at the fastest possible time, but after Noah and Quintessence became involved, this Foundation became something even grander as it included other Sources of Chaos as well.
The holder of this foundation had absorbed the Records of birth and death of Extremity of two beings.
One at Tier 1, and another at Tier 2. She saw how they formed their first Hyperversal Havenly Extremity Rune Scriptures, and how their very existence was altered because of it.
She also saw how they lost all of their Rune Scriptures before they died.
