The boss still had 1% of its health left, but this mere 1% felt like hell to the people of Starfire. Even in full force, it took them a long time to deal out just 1% damage.
Li Yao's attacks were powerful, but with the boss's own health regeneration, it was too difficult to defeat the boss. If he were a warrior, maybe he could have used a finishing move to directly kill the boss, but now that clearly wasn't possible.
Some spectators were disappointed, but many more revelled in the misfortune, yet they also felt a sense of urgency. If Starfire failed to achieve the first kill, their guilds still had a chance.
