Starfire's internal demand saturated? That's simply impossible. As Starfire levels up, its membership also increases, a near necessity. Even if pets are no longer needed, with the increase in Beast Tamers and breeders taming and breeding, mounts and transportation lines for these two types of creatures would be established, and those are never deemed excessive.
Even if we take a giant step back and assume Starfire actually is saturated, there are still so many sub-guilds within Starfire.
Sub-guilds can't participate in guild wars, but what about other activities such as faction fights or battles? Sub-guilds would certainly stand firmly with Starfire, a bond even more reliable than alliances, naturally requiring certain benefits.
