Military organisation:
Squad - Made up of 10 people.
Company - Made up of 5 squads so 50 people. Led by a Staff Sergeant.
Battalion - Made up of 4 companies so 200 people. It will usually have a logistical unit attached as well.
Regiment - Made up of 3 battalions so 600 people. It will have its own logistical unit and a military intelligence unit attached.
Division - Made up of 4 Regiments so 2400 people. It will have a logistical unit and a military intelligence unit and a Military police attachment. Also there will be adjendunts to assist the commander of the division.
Legion - made up of 5 divisions so 12000 people. This will have the same support units as the division.
Legion Corps - made up of 4 legions so 60000 people. It has the same support units as the legion and division.
Ranks:
Sergeant - leads a squad
Staff Sergeant - leads a company
Captain - leads a battalion
Major - leads a regiment
Colonel - leads a division
Legate - leads a legion
General - leads a Legion Corps
Adjendunt - assists with the command of a division and above
Lieutenant - led a unit attached to a company
etc. They will be a lieutenant of supply for example.
Grand General - Commander of all Legion Corps.

Noble Structure:
Baron - leads a town and nearby villages
Viscount - leads a city and villages in the area around the city. Also has vassel barons under him/her with there land as well
Count - lead a province with viscount's and barons under him
Duke - leads his province as well as neighbouring provinces in a region
Grand-Duke - more a title for a duke which has a lot of influence
King/ Arch-Duke - The leader of multiple regions with his own domain usually as a region he directly controls. (A arch-duke is a vassal of a emperor)
Emperor - The leader of multiple kingdoms worth of land.
