Logan climbed down from his car and asked, "Elina, What are you doing here? And why are you sitting on the ground like a beggar?"
As he did not get any response, he extended his hand out and said, "Come on! Get up from the ground and tell me what happened, dear?"
As Elina was quiet even after he spoke twice, he felt annoyed. With great difficulty, he controlled his temper and asked once again, "Isn't this your best friend's home? Why are you not going inside? Did something happen?"
He bent down and touched her hand. Elina looked up but could not identify the face in front of her. Her vision blurred and she lost consciousness. Logan at first thought, she died. But when he put his hand near her nose, he realized that she was still breathing.
He lifted her up and dropped her on the backseat. Then he drove the car away while looking at the gate with disappointment.
