Hey guys
like I have told you earlier this book is all about my weight Loss journey, I'm still on it, I will be recording my progress or any dilemma (which I will never wished for anything like this to happened to me or anyone).
And at the end I all need every one's support.

I'm a female.
let's start with my age 21years old, I'm severely obesed because I'm 200+ pounds with a height of 170,(I'm really not good at sharing such an information with you, and I bet some of you will also not be comfortable at sharing such I huge amount of weight with anyone) is there anyone reading this with weight more than 200 pounds?
How will you feel about this, did you think it will be easier for you to share such a huge amount of weight with everybody?.
I have not write this book to fat shame anybody but let me start by saying that carrying excessive weight is not easy on me, (At least I'm speaking for myself, please don't get offended).
I was obesed or overweighted since childhood, you know what I mean by it not easy, and thing is that I'm the only overweighted person in our house, my parent are both overweighted but not as much as I am, and they only get fat after they have all past 30+, because on childhood they are slim like the rest of my siblings.
I went to a school that I'm among the top ten most overweighted individuals, which before I graduated I'm the 1-3 overweighted, it is really sad that only if you are in my position will you understand what I mean.
I was Bullied by my school mates, calling me lots of names, some of them even went far as to calling me the mother of all my schoolmates (No offence, but you all know that fats makes some people to look a little bit older), I remember when we are writing our finals, when some boys come to pass by our school, but did you know what the said to me without even knowing me or who I'm?. Police Dog! I remember that day I cried with tears filled in my eyes, and that is how I usually sleep when I'm in middle and high school always crying to bed, but that one especially offended me alot.
You know that feeling when your friends are all telling you about there relationship but you have nothing to tell them, that's my highschool (No offence). If you get my point *shrugged*.
let me not talked to much so that I will not offend anyone at the end.
But I will like to advise anybody who like bullying people that it is time to stop because you will never know the impact it usually has on people. *trying to control my tears* because if I continue I might cry.

2. About my weight lose trials before
I will start by telling you that I have try alot of diet and so much more on my life.
The first time that I realized that I'm obese and I need to lose some weight was when I was 11years old. Most of the people who came to our house will tell me or my parents that I'm really getting fat, I should exercise and reduce my food intact, so did you know what I tried to do by that time?. I started to exercise every summer, but at the end I ended up gaining some weight instead of reducing it.
They second time that I tried to do something about my weight was when I was 12, I stop eating, just so that I could lose the weight, but at the end I ended up developing a burning pain which is bordering me when I ever I stay away from food for more than half a day till now. I couldn't do this more than 2 days. just called this a starvation diet.
There are Times, when people will tell my parents to buy me slimming tea, So I decided to give it a try but to no valid, I have never lose an inch or quarter inch when I drink any slimming tea in this world. it is really one of the saddest part of my life.
After that, I thought that maybe I might never lose any weight in my life, so I just ended up research and reading people's journey and how they do it, which makes me sad, seeing people loss weight while I will never loss it.
One time when I was about to graduate from high school, really try some randoms diet because I never what to face what I faced on highschool in the college, but at the end I lose a very small amount of weight which I regain due to the too much restriction in each and every diet I followed, like
Keto - you will have to stay away from carbs.
low calorie- it only add to my burning stomach pain.
and so much more that makes me to just waste lots of money at the end which was never worth it.
later on I came to realize that they a lots of weight loss couches or fitness couch online that I can really on, but did you know what, they all want to design some meal plan for you which is never worth it at the end.
Lots of meal plans are either expensive or you will struggle to find that food in your area since we both live in different parts of the world or courtries our foods varies, Meal plans are just money making machine, most of the monthly meal plans are around 10-200$ which is some what expensive for me, and it is only for a month or little more. And if I buy this what about the rest of the months what about weight loss maintenance.
I came to realized that nobody needs all this stuff if he wants to lose a large amount of weight and maintain in a long run since you cannot starved, count calories, or buy meal plans, or restrict yourself for the rest of your life.
I discovered the best way that I could lose weight without all this.
But the main thing is that you just need a basic information and you will find out the rest by yourself, no need for this much stressed if I or you really want to lose weight and maintain.
this is just an informative chapter I will discuss about my journey in the rest.
