If there was anybody who woke up much later than others, the winner would surely be him—Han Jing yawned as he got up from his bed and glanced at the wall clock. It was one o'clock in the afternoon and it was already lunch time for most people. He rubbed his eye and found his apartment to be empty right now.
Well, it was just him.
Perhaps his mother had gone out on an errand or something of that sort whilst his sister would be at her school at the moment. His gaze fell on the food that had been left for him at the table.
But that actually didn't matter to him.
He valued all the lone time he got, he was appreciative that his mother had left him food and yet something plagued his mind. Han Jing once again hit his head against the pillow and stared up at the ceiling. He didn't want to get up from bed or move at all. Han Jing shut his eyes for a moment and tried to clear his mind to no avail.
The memory of last night still replayed itself clearly to him.
