Stepping towards Mei, Chan Lee managed to greet her with a smile and a wave— "Hey, what's up?" Perhaps she should have said something else but truth be told, she was nervous. It hadn't been too long since the two of them had made up, it was just today. Somehow, she was afraid of doing something wrong and messing things up again.
"Chan Lee, skipping classes again huh?" Mei sighed before giving them a resigned smile. She held out her bag towards her, "Well, here's your bag, Bo Ling took care of it for you and I decided to stick with him until you get back."
Receiving the bag from the woman, she managed an awkward laugh and slung it across her shoulders, "I appreciate it, and I know but…"
"He's your friend so you were worried." Mei answered lightly, she smiled weakly.
