"Childhood friend? Didn't that little girl, Betty, say you don't have any male friends?" he questioned.
"Hmm… well, I don't have any contact with him anymore. I haven't seen him for many years now. So I guess, we're not really friends anymore," she replied, looking a bit nostalgic as she stared at the man's face. "This guy here and I grew up together. We even have the same dream back then.
