Alexander emerged from the side of a hill on the north side of town. As he left the tomb, the door disappeared behind him. The city seemed to be at war; fires were everywhere. Buildings had toppled and people were running from what seemed to be more people like the ones that had burst through the wall. Men and woman wielding weapons and wearing armor that looked like something you would see in a museum.
"Looks like they finally found out I'm here." Alexander the Great said. "By the way kid, you can call me just The Great for now because saying my name will get tiring."
"Wait what do you mean they finally found out your here?" Alexander asked.
"Well since around the 1990s two societies formed the Wolf and the Boar. They find artifacts like my sword and use them for different reasons and, of course, fighting each-other. Each item was held by someone important or powerful from the past. Each has it own unique ability except do a few which have more."
"Uh-huh." Alexander said.
"The two are both trying to seize three specific weapons. These weapons have the spirit of their old masters inside them." He paused waiting for Alexander to catch on.
"Wait, so that means your one of the three?" Alexander asked amazed.
"Yes but I don't know of any of the others, only the heads of the societies know who the items belonged to." The Great said.
"So they don't know where any of the items are?"
"Well none of the others but it seems they found me. You should decide which society you are going to give your allegiance to."
"Ok."
Alexander walked down the hill gripping the sword tightly. As he walked toward the city a man wielding a small pistol approached.
"You. Give me the sword and I'll let you live."
"And who might you be?" Alexander asked.
"He's a member of Wolf and obviously he wants to take me from you, so I think that clearly says who we should not join." The Great said.
The man rushed him ignoring Alexander's question. Alexander suddenly knew how to sword fight. The Great has flooded his mind with his own knowledge and experience. Alexander sidestepped and the sword started glowing again. It pulled Alexander up into the air as if to say "Dude, we don't got time for this."
The sword put him down in the middle of a field where two armies were glaring at each other. The armies looked at him with astonishment. One army's standard was that of a Wolf and the others was a Boar.
