The gloomy group of boys ascended the mountain which they would soon call home. The atmosphere was basically the same from afar and up close, bleak and quiet. There were no animals that sat on the naked trees. The wind blowing by were also colder than normal for there were no leaves to block them out. It was only when the group arrived in the Artificing Square was there finally some sound.
"My juniors, here is where everyone would sell their goods to others. You can set up a stall here anytime you like, so long as you do you don't the walk way."
As Big Hu had introduced, the Artificing Square had many disciples selling their goods. Since the School of Artificing specialised in creating Artifacts, the main way artificing disciples earn contribution points was by selling products that people needed.
"Anyways, time is tight everyone, we got to speed up our pace of walking!" Big Hu clapped for everyone's attention. Their senior's comment made them speechless once again. If it weren't for you oversleeping or the fact that it took you so long to climb up the steps, we would not be constricted by time!
The group ascended a little higher before arriving at the Outer Court Dormitory. The dormitory was silent as if no one inhabited it. The building was dilapidated and old, making those that stay in it feel like it was going to topple down at any moment.
"This will be where everyone live until you progress into the Inner Court. The lady-in-charge of the dormitory shall help you get settled in nicely." Taking in a big breath of air, Big Hu shouted out towards the dormitory building. "Hey Big Sister! Your Junior brother has delivered the new juniors over!"
Big Sister? There was a sister that was in charge of our dormitory? Many of the youths started picturing a beautiful and well-mannered lady taking care of their daily needs. Some of them even thought that their life here wouldn't actually be so bad.
"Will you shut up, fatso?! Do you want an ass whopping from me?!" A rough and hoarse voice that almost sounded like a lion's roar blasted out from the dorm. Before it had even happened, Big Hu had already covered his ears. For the other youths outside, their ears were ringing from the loud voice.
The sliding doors opened up with a slam as a large figure walked out of the dormitory. With every step that the person took, her footstep left a deep engraving on the ground. It felt like an earthquake wherever she walked. The person wore a custom-made dress that was created for her size. Her curly hair was all clumped and messy, giving her a disheveled look. It was safe to say that the lady-in-charge was way larger than Big Hu.
Where the hell was the beautiful big sister of the dormitory?! Who would have thought that when Big Hu called the sister 'big', he meant that she was big BIG! After all, her figure was truly frightening. The youths that were completely dumbfounded, immediately stood straighter and looked forward at the lady in front of them.
"Big sister! I am so sorry for the delay! These junior brothers of mine were too excited about entering our school that they lost track of time exploring!" Big Hu tried to explain himself, to which all the youths present wanted to vomit out blood. Who the hell was excited about coming here?! It was clearly your slow lazy ass that made us late!
"I don't give a million shits about your excuses! All I care about is the outcome! And the outcome is that you were all late! No dinner for you all!" The huge lady reprimanded in anger. No one dared to disobey her orders and so the newcomers could only suck up their tears and face the consequences.
"Then, may I take my leave now, Big Sister? I have to deliver Prime Elder Long his disciple." Big Hu quickly brought up the other agenda that he had.
"Huh? Senior Long has taken in a disciple? Which one of you is it?" The lady was surprised by what Hu Bao Zhu had said.
"I am." Li Tian raised his hand normally. He wasn't affected by the lady's ferocious aura.
"Oh? Interesting." As the lady looked at Li Tian in the eyes, she realised it herself too that the boy was not affected by her spiritual aura. "My name is Yan Mei Xin. People here usually call me Big Sister."
"Nice to meet you, Big Sister. My name is Wang Li Tian." Li Tian was courteous to those that did not put up any fronts in front of him. Ever since he studied the Brave Heart Manual, Li Tian could tell when someone was being honest or not. In his eyes, Yan Mei Xin was someone who was righteous even though she may seem ferocious on the outside.
"Good. Well since you have not delivered Little Wang to Senior Long, I shall spare you the rod just this once! Now shoo off!" Clearly, Big Sister Yan had calmed down after seeing Li Tian. Big Hu sighed in relief as he thanked his lucky stars.
"Come let us leave now, Young Master. I shall bring you to where we direct disciples live. Our dinner should've been kept for us already!" Hearing what Big Hu said, the newcomers all wanted to kill themselves from depression. Why did we lose our dinner while the reason for their demise was able to have a meal? It was simply unfair!
The pair left up the mountain once again.
