Today is the day! Today is the day I break free! I've been digging and digging for over a month. It took longer than expected. To be honest, there were a few set backs here and there but nothing I couldn't handle. I've had it with my treatment! It's time to get the hell out of here!
Here's the plan:

When the sun sets, the smiley guard shifts with the sad-faced fat one, who brings my food. He opens a hatch and my food slides in. Unfortunately for him, I put an obstacle along its path so it stops mid way.
Fatso will have to enter the cell in order to push it the rest of the way. I'll then kick him, which'll cause him to trip. This will cause the floor to cave in from the newly-hollowed ground.
Then, I'll be on the rooftop of the old city hall. Like I said before, I did research on the history of town, and this town is right on top of the old one.
Whosever idea it was to build it at the site of a disaster, thank you. Even though you probably never knew how your work would benefit me, it did, somehow. From there it's all up to luck.
My assumption is that over 50 years of being underground and then 100 or so more of factory weight would've weakened the old city hall's structure somewhat. But I won't know for sure until "it" happens.
My hope is that once inside the unstable thing, I'll be able to hide and ambush my captors. If it all works, I'll be free from these creepy hooligans, once and for all!
Oh, look! The sun is setting! I can't wait to be free. 5! 4! 3! 2! 1! It's time to start the escape plan! Let's begin…

The guards shift like usual. The tray stops as planned. The fat guy falls down from my kick with a grunt. The floor falls down beneath us. I've reached my desired destination. Finally!
As I get my bearings, I notice my fall was more harsh than expected. My hands and knees are bleeding from the impact. I look over to the fat guy, who is unconscious beside me, also from the impact.
"Geez! How much do you weigh, dude?" I mutter quietly to myself. I shake my head, regaining focus. It won't be long before the rest of the cult realize what I did and rush to help. I have roughly 10 minutes to break the decayed roof and set up an ambush. I have to hurry.
I take a deep breath and look back at my hands, smiling. Due to I my new body, I've noticed execrated healing. My skin shifts from an open wound, to scabs, to barely anything at all right before my eyes. It's just one of my new "features" they said.
"Come on! I can do this!" I scream at myself. I sift through the clods of dirt as I attempt to get ahold of the building's roof boards. My fingers find something hard. It's the roof.
As I dig my claws in to the wood, I can hear the commotion of the chaos I left up above. The panel comes flying off and I throw it out of the hole, hoping to hit somebody. I hear a noise followed by a thud as it does. Did I kill him?
I slide into the hole and crash through yet another floor. This time was worse than the first. I have a couple hundred splinters and a huge gash on my right leg. What took seconds last time will take about 3 minutes this time. I decide to try and stand. I need to keep moving. I need to prepare.
