Chapter 1 - We Made It

I took out my earpiece and walked to the edge of the stage. As I looked out among the crowd, I tried to memorize each face my eyes happened to scan over. All these people, they're the one who got me here. Who lead me to accomplish my dreams.

I held out my Mic and swayed a little, enjoying the voices of our fans. The screams were deafening, and yet behind them all I could hear were their sweet attempts to be noticed. It made me feel on top of the world.

I discretely turned my Mic off and glanced around for security. Once I made sure there wasn't any in close proximity, I hopped off the stage and danced with my fans. There were so many hands and bodies, but I knew I was safe. My fans would never intentionally hurt me, and that was reassuring enough.

I looked up to see my other members joining in and laughing as security tried to keep us away. I walked away from my fans and got back onto the lower stage. I turned my mic back on and pulled it up to just under my chin.

"You know, this is our last show here in Korea before we head off on our world tour. I really wanted to make it special for you guys. I sat in the dorm for hours a week, trying to think of something incredible to do for you guys; but I think I failed you! I'm sorry! I wanted to do something amazing but I couldn't, at least, not something security would let me do," I mumbled the last part, but because of my microphone everyone still heard.

"However, I did get permission to play a large percentage of an upcoming song. Now, it's not done, and this is just a small portion of what it will be; but it's all I've got." I listened as the screams intensified and smiled.

My members came around me and each started to do a little swaying dance, talking with the fans as I got my guitar from the staff. I walked out and sat at the edge of the stage. Then, I turned my Mic off as I double checked that the guitar was tuned. Once I knew I was good to start singing, I turned my Mic back on and put my earpiece back in. As I looked up at the crowd I began to strum the guitar.

"I'm here with you, in the middle of it all. No matter the distance between us, I hope you know I can be wherever, whenever, whatever you need; as long as you'll let me. Cause I couldn't have made it without you~. You helped me, and I'll help you, as long as you'll let me. Cause I can be wherever, whenever, whatever you need; as long as you'll let me. Cause I couldn't have made it without you. Cause with your help, I've overcomed all this blood, and all this sweat, all of these stupidly superficial smiles. I hope you know today I'm standing here with a smile on my face because of you~; and this ones real; because I couldn't have made it without you." I stood up and dried my eyes that had begun to tear. Just as I was about to head back to the main stage, I was tackled to the floor by my six other members.

"We made it guys."

"Of course."

"Duh."

"I know, so exciting!!!"

"Finally."

"You know it!"

"I'm so proud of you guys!"

I listened as my members celebrated, and smiled. We've gone through so much together. We've all suffered through so much, but we've also celebrated through a lot together as well. We're a family, and I can't wait to see what we're gonna do next.
