If i said i wasn't hurt leaving him here, that would be a lie. Tacy whimpered and i sighed as we entered the elevator. "Where the hell were you? !We were worried sick." Cole asked as soon as i got out of the elevator."Dont talk to me in that tone. I'm not in the mood" I growled moving towards the car. " Well i don't care about your mood.The pack was attacked and you were nowhere to be found. What happened? Where were you?" she asked again as we got into the car. " I found my mate " i said making her calm down ."You found your mate but why do you look unhappy?" she asked. "Well he's a fucking male omegan stripper , not that i care but i have to buy my own fucking mate before i can call him mine. "
I sighed trying my best not to go back there and take him away with me. The car was silient for a while." So is he handsome?" Mick asked " He's beautiful.He has long raven hair and beautiful grey eyes. And his lips ,i would kiss him till he's out of breath." I realize i've talked too much and stopped blushing hard. I got out of the car and mind linked my patrol captain to meet me in my office with whoever caused this.Whoever spoilt my moment is gonna regret. I got to my office and took a seat.A soft knock was heard a few minutes later. "Come in " i said in a firm voice. The door opened revailing Mark ,my patrol captain ,and a worried looking pup. Poor kid he looked like i was going to bury him alive. "Alpha" Mark said bowing . " Take a seat" i said with an expressionless face. "Now would you tell me what the hell happened?" i asked making the poor boy flinch. I sighed and calmed down. " Well?" i asked in a calm voice. " A-alpha i'm s-s-sorry. it's my fault . I- i left my spot for a s-second I-i didnt mean for this to happen" he stummered " No one mean for stuffs like this to happen." i let out a breath. " Since no one got hurt ,you would be pardoned but i'll take you off border duty .I want you to work in the pack house. I think that would help" " Thank you so much Alpha. " he said happily. The minute they got out, i picked my phone and called my best friend . "Marco ,i need your help" " Well, hello to you too. Who has been keeping you busy. i hardly hear from you." " I saw you last week" i said rolling my eyes. " I heard something about a favour" "I need help buying someone" "Are you sure you're Ashley?" Urh i hate it when he calls me that ." I haven't slept well for the past three days knowing my mate was being touched by someone else.I wanted to kill anyone who touched him. Groaning i got out of bed and headed to my myself in the mirror. i looked like a resurrected vampire. My hair was everywhere. I stepped into the shower turning it to warm. After a few minutes i dressed and headded to the kitchen. The last thing i wanted to see was my sister sucking faces with her mate in the kitchen . Their bedroom was like just across the hall. I walked in grumpily and opened the fridge making Cole push her mate away. " Well good morning to you too Alan. i'm just gonna grab this and go." i said grabbing two apples and headed towards my office. My soul nearly left my body when i opened my office door to find Marco sitting in my chair and his dirty boots on my millon dollar mahogany desk. " Take your chop sticks off my millon dollar desk before i break them." i growled moving towards him." Oh Ashley, it's nice to see you too." he grinned not bottering to take his legs off. I rolled my eyes ." So , did you find anything?" " Yea . The bad news is..." " Wait why are you starting with bad news?" " Well there is only bad news" " Fine go ahead. "" They are not ready to let him go just yet but i'm trying my best .I'll find a way to get him out" "Ok. Thanks. So what business do you have here?" "Well i just found out my baby brother has been missing school a lot lately. " " Luke? Are you sure? Luke is too much of a good boy to do that" " Yea but i got pictures . I sat in my office with a mountain of files infront of me . It's been two weeks, five days and four hours since i last spoke to Marco. I've been worried about Fern . i almost attacked Black velvet just to get him out of there ,which ended with me being chained by my own sister and her mate. When i got out i decided to get some papers done and here i am.I've not left the office for days. I look like hell .My hair was messed up and i had dark circles under my eye.I took off my glasses and rubbed my eyes.
The door opened revailing my sister, my beta and Mick. " What do you want now?" i asked taking another file but Cole beat me to it."I think you've over worked." she said putting the file back." Cole ,i still have a lot to finish .Can you leave and let me finish?" " You're not taking another file. You smell terrible. You look like hell. Now i want you to get your ass in the shower .Now!" " But....." " No buts . Mick and Collin would take care of the rest. " " I-i" i started but she cut me off " Ash get your ass to the shower before i drag you there myself" she treatened " Fine" i gave in walking out of the office towards my bedroom.
I walked out of the shower humming to myself. After half an hour of warm shower i felt refreshed. I continued humming as i stepped out of the bathroom.I screamed on top of my lungs almost dropping my towel." What the hell Marco?! Why do keep doing that?! I swear im gonna kill you one of these days." i said walking towards him. I wanted to smack that stupid grin off his stupid face."
