Once Alexander had his fill of the hyacinth's he got bored and his adorable red eyes started to fill with tears , and once Annabeth realized her brother was this close to throwing a tantrum she too started to wail

I was fully aware of the twins tantrums once they decided they have had enough than that means they seriously had it enough, and if you dared to ignore them god forbid you never hear their wailing.
I turned their baby troller from the hyacinths to the gladiolus , and hoped that those colourful flowers cheered them enough. It had been three weeks since I got married and came to the Crux , im these three weeks I learned my duties of the duchess and spent by remaining time with the kids playing .
Truthfully i was happy with my life right now , mostly because I don't have to see my husband ever since those hickey situations we have been remaining clear of each other since,not that I'm complaining but ever since than Aiden is walking on egg shells around me he just can't wrap his around my blissful ignorance at my husband's act of disloyalty contrary to it the elder siblings of the Cullen family are getting perfectly well with me .
"My lady young master is getting antsy?"
a lady in her sixty sat across me ,today we came out to take a walk in the garden this was the only place that put me at ease ,sitting under the old gnarled tree we were having a wonderful tea time .
"Yes maybe he is hungry " I looked around there was no way I could send the nanny of the kids to go and grab a bottle of milk can I? After all it took me three weeks before she started to trust me a little with the twins I wasn't going to go all bow down before me peasant with her .
"You there can you go and grab two bottles of milk from the kitchen please " spotting a young butler standing a little far away from us I called out to him , truth be told I was having a little trouble with the servants of the Cullen family but I hoped that this butler would atleast bring what I asked him to given it was for his Lord's youngest son .The butler nodded and left.
Oh boy how terribly wrong I was , the butler didn't returned even after 45 minutes thus I had no choice but to send Anne my personal maid, as my personal maid Anne it wasn't her duty to perform such measly task but seeing how the two babies were rolling around in their baby stroller Anne rushed in .
Now I was quite sure that grabbing two bottles of milk was a task of only 15 minutes , and wasn't surprised when Anne came carrying two bottles in less ten minutes . While I was feeding the twins Anne told me that no one sent word to the kitchen about me needing bottle of milk , I was a very generous mistress and wasn't nit picking with those servant at all even when they ignored me and my orders but to think that they would even ignore their young master and mistress ! I felt angrier than ever how dare they ! to think that they would go so far to even let two young babies go hungry !
"My lady " a voice called me and I my brows furrowed everyone in the mansion knew that this was the time I relaxed with the twins and their nanny and apart from Anne I never allowed anyone else to approach the garden during my me time but apparently these servants had gotten a lot bolder just because I ignored their rudeness.
"I believe I told you all not to distrub me ? " I said my voice colder than Ice but like I said the maid was one of those ignorant servant who thought I was someone they could easily mess with.
"A guest has arrived and she is asking for audience my lady "
"Who is the guest? To arrive without any prior information?"
"Its the Countess of Falcon , she is the Lord's important business partner"
Countess of Falcon my husband's favourite mistress I remember now she came in my dream as well , and my dream self was already pissed at the duke now imagine what will you do if your husband's mistress arrive at your home when youhave complete knowledge of how your beloved husband cheated on you with her on your wedding night ? You will attack her right I did the same in my dream though and after that it became a huge scandal , the countess gained the sympathy of high society bu claiming that she had no idea why I jumped on her and by the time I debuted in the society my reputation was in crumbles.
"Is that so " I spoke cooly but made no movements that had the intention of meeting the countess maybe the maid understood because she once again emphasised the importance The countess held in the duke's business dealings.
"I heard you the first time !" the more I thought the angrier I got to think a mere maid was telling me what to do now " So you want me to rush up and meet her when she made no effort to know whether or not I was free what if I had a prior arrangement? Tell me for whom do you work for ? "
"My lady The Countess is an important guest or else I wouldn't have distrubed you , I m just worried it might affect the Lord " the maid's voice now defiant
Anne made a violent move but I stopped her even Nanny was frowning now .
Good good to think they have gotten so brave to actually Answer me back !
"Yes ofcourse you have the best of interest of my husband's interest don't you " I was smiling now I smiled when people pissed me off terribly " To actually let someone in the castle whom I had no recollection of , without any prior notice or anything and you stand there defiant as ever and demand your mistress , to actually meet someone so disrespectful? Of course you mean the best for the duke don't you Miss Grand?"
The maid was surprised when I spoke her name , maybe she was acting so brave because she knew i would never try to pay attention to her but i was paying attention to each and every servant who was rude to me in the past few weeks .
"Surprise? Miss grand you must not be so surprised after all as your Employer I need to find your serving contract before I fire you ? shouldn't I ?"
The maid got paler and paler because she knew she messed up but I wasn't done
"To think you would earn money from us but serve your loyalty to others , I have no place for such disloyal servants pack your bags MISS grand you will be moving out now "

After I fired the maid ,I Strode in to the living room
The Countess of Falcon looked exactly how she looked in my dream with her long flaming red hair cascading down to her waist, her r shimmering royal blue dress gave a full view of her big bust ;she was a curvaceous woman but I knew I would look better than her in future .
"Good day Duchess , Forgive my insolence but i was just so excited to give my congratulations to the new duchess of tartrus" with a flashing smile she started the war.
What the countess actually meant was - I wanted to see the loser who couldn't keep her husband even at their wedding night I was so excited to see my poor rival
"Yes thank you Countess, you coming all the way here just to give me your congratulations despite your heavy schedule means a lot to me "
a.k.a - Of course you wanted to see me after all you are free from your daily whoring that you wanted to see me without even a prior notice .
How's that whore Aiden had taught me the way of cat fight in the high society for years th ere was no way i was going to fail in it now .
the air crackled with tension , I could see Anne giving me an approving nod .
"Ah yes actually I came to give you this " putting a small black box the countess of falcon spoke " The Lord forgot it in my bedroom when he was dressing -" " My lady "
The Countess maid cut off her mistress speech as if she was afraid of what her mistress just said but I knew better it was all an act the only reason The Countess came here was to show off
"I will be thanking the Countess for returning this and for taking care of my husband , as you can see I m still too young to fullfill my husband's needs I hope the countess will help me in the future too "

Aiden pov
I was a perfect butler and a perfectly loyal servant to my lord till today until I messed up not only did I let the mistress to be disrespected by the servants under me but they even allowed my mistress to be become a fool in front of the Countess of Falcon..Now because of those idiots i stand before my lord with my head lowered in shame .
"You said the Countess arrived today ?"
"Yes my lord "
"Cancel all the business dealings with her she has grown some wings i see, can't she see that i only like in my bed not in my home to actually ignore my order that woman cannot be kept any more. And fire those servants they can't be employed anymore to think they served another master "
"Yes my lord "
Once I was out of the room I practically flew in rage to get those servants fired ! to actually sent information about my lord and me , to the countess telling her we both we went away ! no these people can't be kept.

It was midnight and I got one of my life's most terrible shock when I saw the duke sitting in my room , he never approached me in my dream what the hell was he doing in my room at such late hour don't tell me ? My guard unconsciously flew up
"Don't look at me like that there is nothing I would like to see you know that " his voice was low and i knew this jerk was teasing me ! the hell just wait for five years I would make you beg!
"You might be thinking what Im doing here?"
I nodded
"I wanted to purpose a deal , since I'm disloyal to you I won't expect you to be loyal to me if you want you can do what ever you want to do . I have zero expectations from you Carnalia and you shouldn't have any from me too "
Once he spoke his part he heaved himself of the chair and left leaving me alone to think what in the world he said and by the time I understood I was soo shocked my jaw was nearly hitting the floor
