"Alright.. I won't ask anything. But at least you should tell me why. What is your purpose?", Benjamin asked Aubrey straightforwardly. Though he was somewhat grateful to have his past tracked and found, he was still in doubt. What could Aubrey achieve with this?
"You don't know this but I just fired you from the company.", Aubrey answered him calmly. He even raised his hand on the armrest and slowly rested his side head on his palm. His jade black hair shifted slowly to the side.
Benjamin was utterly shocked, he couldn't process what he just heard? Fired? When? Why?
"What the hell is going on?!", he stood abruptly from his seat, fuming in anger and dissatisfaction. Was Aubrey playing jokes with him?! He didn't even do anything wrong! And today he wasn't in the company so he didn't hear anything!
"Calm yourself, Benjamin Lee.", Aubrey told him to take a seat back. He sounded as if he didn't mean to fire someone like Benjamin. Everything has a reason.
